Tree Awareness Walks
| Times 11am & 2:30pm Take a walk with James Ellwood and Marina Ramsden as they take you into a deepening sense of awe, connection and respect for the Trees that surround us. Slowing down, using breathwork -this is an experience that allows us to reconnect more deeply with the environment around us.

Natural Music Making Workshop
| Times: 2pm Explore music with Amy Boud from Indian Postal Sevices. Take a walk in the woods, learn to hear the music that surrounds us all the time - if we only pay attention. Source local materials from the environment around you to join in with the harmony of nature.
